Camaraderie, Cheer & Inspiration!

Claritas Men gathers quarterly at McKinney Flour Mill, near downtown McKinney, TX. Our events start with a whiskey tasting, cured meats and cigars. The evening culminates with our guest speaker, a Catholic man with an inspiring story.There are no fees but we have a collection jar for those inclined to help us cover the cost of the evening.Our events are open to Catholic men aged 18 and above. Coat and tie is required.

Chad Simpson

Claritas Men co-founder and Oblate of St. Benedict, Chad Simpson, will weave ancient tales of Gothic tyrants, murder plots, miracles, and monasticism with the modern-day popular practice of praying the Divine Office and Lectio Divina. He will trace the roots of much of modern western culture back to a small cave in the mountains of Italy and to a saint whose "cult" is popular but whose story is relatively unknown by many.
